FRIES – by air fryer

Ingredients

  • One large or two small russet potatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon (or a few sprays of oil
  • Seasoning

Directions

  1. Cut potatoes into thin strips Do not peel.
  2. Soak cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes (or more) stored in refrigerator
  3. Remove from water. Pat dry.
  4. Place potatoes in bowl. Spray with oil. Add seasonings. Toss.
  5. Arrange in air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes at 350-375degrees , turning (or tossing) once mid way.
