Ingredients
- One large or two small russet potatoes
- 1 Teaspoon (or a few sprays of oil

Directions
- Cut potatoes into thin strips Do not peel.
- Soak cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes (or more) stored in refrigerator
- Remove from water. Pat dry.
- Place potatoes in bowl. Spray with oil. Add seasonings. Toss.
- Arrange in air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes at 350-375degrees , turning (or tossing) once mid way.
