Ingredients
- ¼ cup tahini
- Chick peas 15 oz can (garbanzo beans) – drained and rinsed
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
- ½ to 1 clove garlic – minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ to 1 tsp kosher salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- 2-3 Tbsp water
- Paprika
Directions
- In food processor, combine tahini and lemon juice – about 1 minute.
- Add olive oil, cumin, and salt – about 30 seconds.
- Add chick peas. Blend well.
- Add water to thin to taste.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
